  Really bad service and very disorganized. Ordered customized tumblers for customer gifts. After a few weeks of convo back and forth about engraving and finally approving design, I was told that they were out of stock on the original mug color and had to wait for them to come back into stock.. When we got the order, the individual boxes weren't labeled so we had to take off the clear wrap and open each box of 60+ cups to see what company was engraved on it. The engraving came out the size of a quarter on a 32 oz tumbler. Not to scale for the size of the cup. Embarrassed to even give these to customers.
