  scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Stacy the office rep. for Tuesday 11 July. She called me the morning of and reschedules me for Tuesday July 18, which I wasn’t too upset about. I can understand how things might come up in the landscaping business. On Tuesday July 18 no shows up for the estimate. Wednesday July 19 I call to the office asking why no one showed up, Stacy tells me it “was a miscommunication” and that they will stop by later in the day. 4:30 in the afternoon an estimator showed up. He came out the truck without a notebook or pen or any writing item or even a measuring tape. This concerned me a little but I went ahead and explained to him the scope of the work I am looking to get done. Immediately after I finish talking, he responds “I feel like we didn’t kick off I am not sure why. I have never said that to a customer before but I don’t think it’s going to work out,” shakes my hand and walked away.
  Not sure what kind of business this is but clearly it isn’t a professional one.
