  Dr. Sonal Shah is terrible. The worst pediatrician we have ever worked with in the last 10+ years. She is rude, abnoxious, has zero compassion for her patients and cares more about getting paid for an appointment than about helping the children. First, my daughter was diagnosed with bronchitis at a hospital one day after Dr. Shah determined that she was perfectly fine and has a minor virus that would go away on its own in a few days. The very next day my daughter was so sick that a visit to the emergency room was the only option and she was immidiately prescribed antibiotics. Most recently, two days after an appointment at Union Hill Pediatrics (where we received the same conclusion as last time), my daughter was feeling worse again. Calls to Union Hill Pediatrics over two days went completely unasnwered, as did the voicemails that we left for them. Today, when we called again to ask for their help, we were told to go to the emergency room. When my wife expressed unhappiness with the situation, Dr. Shah called her a lunatic and told her that we should leave their practice. So much for the Hippocratic Oath taken by Dr. Shah, medical knowledge and expertise or any kind of human compassion. We will be taking Dr. Shah's advice for the last time and will certainly be leaving Uniion Hill Pediatrics. Unless you want to go through the same experience as us, I strognly suggest you stay away from Union Hill Pediatrics and get your kids treated elsewhere.
